Terms and Conditions – Uniform Manufacture

Welcome to Uniform Manufacture. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Uniform Manufacture.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders require final approval of designs, sizes, and specifications before production begins.

  • Once the design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all order details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and numbers, prior to final approval.

3. Payment Terms

  • Small Orders (< $200): Full advance payment is required, including sample orders.

  • Bulk Orders Payment Schedule:

    • 45% advance at order confirmation

    • 35% during production

    • 20% + shipping charges after complete manufacturing

  • During production, customers will receive step-by-step photos and product details to monitor progress.

  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods according to our payment terms.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Standard production time is 3–5 business days. For bulky or large-volume orders, production may take 1–2 weeks, depending on order complexity.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Uniform Manufacture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom products are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

  • In the case of a manufacturing defect or company error, customers are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair according to our policy.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order with proof of defect (photos or detailed descriptions).

6. Free Samples

  • Uniform Manufacture may offer free product custom-made samples upon request at our sole discretion.

  • While the sample itself is free, all shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Sample availability is subject to approval and may vary by product.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and artwork created or provided by Uniform Manufacture remain our intellectual property.

  • Customers are solely responsible for obtaining permission or authorization to use any third-party logos, trademarks, or designs they submit.

8. Limitation of Liability & Pricing

  • Uniform Manufacture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

  • Product Pricing: Product prices are subject to change and may vary based on order quantity, customization, or other factors. Therefore, the same product may not always be available at the same price for every order.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Company Credentials

  • Uniform Manufacture is an ISO 9001-certified, FBR-approved, and SCCI-approved company, established in 2006.

  • We are also recognized by other international certification bodies.

  • All our business practices, policies, and procedures are fully compliant with the regulations of the Government of Pakistan.

11. Amendments

Uniform Manufacture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Offer and Contract Conclusion

  • Non-Binding Offers: All offers are free of obligation. Orders or acceptance declarations require written confirmation to be legally valid, including any amendments or modifications.

  • Contract Formation: A contract is considered concluded only upon written order confirmation or delivery. The order confirmation governs the contract terms.

  • Product Information: Details such as dimensions, weights, technical data, and illustrations are indicative unless exact specifications are critical for the contract. Minor deviations, technical improvements, or substitutions with comparable parts are permitted if usability is not affected.

  • Intellectual Property: All documents, drawings, graphics, and confidential information remain the property of Uniform Manufacture. Written consent is required to share these with third parties.

  • Confirmation Authority: For contracts confirmed in writing or electronically, the content of our confirmation is authoritative unless the recipient objects immediately.
