1. Order Processing Time

  • Sample Orders: 3–5 business days

  • Bulk Orders / Inquiries: 1–2 weeks, depending on order quantity and complexity

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.

2. Production Time

After processing and approval, production typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days for standard/sample orders

  • 1–2 weeks for bulk or highly customized orders

  • (Production time may vary depending on order complexity and current demand.)

3. Shipping Methods and Charges

  • Standard Shipping Only: All shipping charges are borne by the customer.

  • We ship via:

    • DHL, UPS, FedEx, Pakistan Post

    • Road transport

    • Sea freight or By Air (for large/bulk orders)

  • Customers may appoint their own freight forwarder to handle shipping.

    • Important: If you use your own freight forwarder, Uniform Manufacture is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or product delivery.

  • If Uniform Manufacture arranges shipping, Uniform Manufacture will be responsible for timely delivery to the carrier.

  • We operate on all shipping terms, including DDP, EXW, and FOB, and accommodate all shipping methods and ways.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan.

  • International shipping times may vary due to customs processing, shipping method, or local postal services.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by their country’s regulations.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Uniform Manufacture is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

  • Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate.

  • Uniform Manufacture is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect information.
