2. Payment Processing

  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Orders are processed for production only after payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • For bank transfers or other manual payment methods, customers must notify us via email with transaction details to avoid processing delays.

3. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Payments are processed in USD by default.

  • Payments in other currencies may be accepted based on prevailing exchange rates.

  • Any bank charges, conversion fees, or intermediary costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Secure Transactions

  • All payment transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

  • Uniform Manufacture does not store, sell, or share customer payment information.

  • Payments are processed exclusively through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing order and payment details.

  • If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, customers are advised to contact our support team.

6. Letter of Credit (LC) Payments

  • Uniform Manufacture accepts payments through Letter of Credit (LC) for bulk and international trade orders.

  • We are fully capable of working under mutually agreed LC terms and conditions, including documentation, shipment timelines, and compliance requirements.

  • LC details, issuing bank requirements, and applicable terms must be discussed and approved prior to order confirmation.

7. Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Custom-made and personalized orders are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without prior communication may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.
